We hope to book this tour on the 19th of June to travel on the 20th of June? Is that ok? Do you accept booking that will be made in less than 24hours?
My second question is we would like to stay in MGM hotel in Vegas by paying exrta , is that allowed? please advise. The rate required would be for 3 Adults.
Dear Gayesha,
We suggest to book the tour once you confirmed your travel plan as usually we will need 1 or 2 days to process the booking. During the busy season, seats are being sold fast, and most likely there will not be any seats available if you book less than 24 hours.
Regretfully we will not be able to arrange accommodation at MGM hotel. The tour hotel will most likely be Circus Circus Hotel.
Best Regards,
Enny

Regarding
1-Day Bus Tour to Grand Canyon South (Product Code: 16-381)
Please inform schedule and detail of this tour.
I am planning to join this tour on this August.
1. Bus has restroom?
2. Can I see Hoover Dam?
3. Finaly, Can I see night view of las vegas ?
When I checked your bus tour about 2 month ago, your bus tour included above.
Best Regards
Dear Satoshi,
Our air-conditioned deluxe motor-coach does have a restroom, although it is for emergency use only. The tour guide will arrange stops every 2-3 hours we encourage customers use the restroom then.
This Grand Canyon South tour will no longer include a stop at the Hoover Dam, but the Hoover Dam is still available for Grand Canyon West:

The tour will end in the late evening but does not include a Las Vegas night tour.

Hello,
I am reviewing this tour. For the accommodations is it camping in a tent or cabin? Is there an option to stay at a hotel instead?
We are interested in the July 27th date. We are a family of four ( 2 teenagers and 2 adults) - are there other children generally on the tours?
Dear Ann,
This is a tent camping tour, although we do offer the option to upgrade to a hotel with an additional fee of $225.00 per person.
Guest of all ages travel with us. Since this is a camping tour, we do have families and children that book this tour.

Hello,
We may be interested in taking this tour on July 28th. If we fly to Vegas on our own, it indicates that the meeting point is 7:30 pm at the Flamingo- is that just the arrival from LA/Bay Area time I assume - and then we leave early the next morning for Grand Canyon? Or do we head to the Grand Canyon the evening of the 28th?
Dear Ann,
Yes, the bus will start from LA/Bay Area in the morning and then arrive Las Vegas in the evening.
On day 2, you will start early from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon, not on day 1.
Best Regards,
Prada

Hi,
On the last day, looking from the arrival time in LA at around 8 pm, am I right that the bus will leave LV to LA around 3pm? In that case, we have free time in LV until the departure time?
Thank you
Dear Marissa,
On the last day, we will arrive at Los Angeles around 8pm, you can also end the tour in Las Vegas.
You usually leave Las Vegas around 12-1PM

Good evening,
On the 10 day I would visit San Diego alone, without the organized city tour ($68.00), and I wonder if I can still take advantage of your transfer to San Diego and have the entire day free for myself.
Dear Soohyun,
The closest drop-off available to the airport would be the Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the airport.
Best Regards,
Jane
